National Account Manager - MandS (Fresh Produce / FMCG) Location: Spalding (Hybrid - 3 days on site) Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 + bonusAbout the RoleWe''re partnering with a well-established supplier into UK retail to recruit a National Account Manager to support and develop the MandS account across defined categories.This is a great opportunity for someone already operating at Account Manager level, or an ambitious Account Executive ready to step up, to take on more ownership within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.You''ll work closely with MandS buyers and internal teams to drive category performance, support product development, and deliver commercially sound, insight-led plans.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day activity across the MandS accountSupport and deliver annual account plans and commercial targetsAnalyse category performance and identify growth opportunitiesManage forecasts, pricing, and promotional activityCoordinate product development briefs and range changesWork cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, technical, and operationsMonitor competitor and market trends to support strategyWhat You''ll BringExperience managing or supporting retail accounts (ideally MandS or similar retailer)Background within fresh produce, FMCG, or a related categoryStrong commercial awareness with good analytical capabilityConfident communicator, able to build relationships internally and externallyOrganised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced ..... full job details .....
