The team behind well-known brands such as Drink Me Chai, Horlicks, Bubbleology, Shmoo and Galaxy Hot Chocolate, Aimia has been developing drinks loved by consumers across retail and foodservice for decades.We re proud to support their next phase of growth by connecting them with the talent that will help drive it forward.As part of continued growth within the Retail division, Aimia is now looking to appoint a National Account Manager to take ownership of Grocery accounts driving distribution, profitability and flawless in-store delivery.The Role Own and grow key accounts across Top 4/Grocery AccountsDeliver revenue, margin and distribution targets in line with agreed budgetsBuild and execute robust Joint Business Plans aligned to customer strategyIdentify and unlock growth through NPD, range extensions, pricing strategy and promotionsLead annual forecasting, budget planning and weekly volume trackingNegotiate cost prices and implement price increases confidently and commerciallyEnsure flawless execution of listings, launches and promotional activityWork cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and NPD to deliver best-in-class execution This is a hands-on, creator-executor role.
