The Role: National Account Manager Salary: £45-£50k base plus company bonus Location: Coventry Status: Hybrid Role About the Role We re looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join a growing team and play a key role in developing long-term client relationships. In this role, you ll act as a trusted advisor to your portfolio of clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to support growth and strengthen partnerships. You ll work closely with teams across the business to ensure clients receive outstanding service, innovative solutions, and measurable results. What You ll Be Doing Manage proactive communication and account activity across your client portfolio Build strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders Resolve high-impact or escalated client issues with urgency, professionalism, and empathy Work collaboratively with Design, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver excellent client outcomes Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals within existing accounts Lead structured client review meetings and provide valuable performance insights Monitor account performance, market trends, and client developments to support future growth Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing the client ..... full job details .....
