The Opportunity:
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation within the education space. This is a relationship-led commercial role where you''ll be responsible for developing key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and building relationships with new customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone from a Account Manager, National Account Manager, Regional Sales, Field Sales, Area Sales, Business Development Manager or similar role.

The Role:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to grow and develop existing customers
• Creating new business opportunities and developing prospective accounts
• Managing the full sales process from initial conversations through to renewal and growth
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline
• Keeping CRM activity, opportunities and forecasts up to date
• Working closely with internal teams to support customers and drive commercial growth
• Attending industry events, conferences and customer meetings
• Travelling across the UK to meet with customers and develop key relationships

The Person:

• A strong background in account management, business development or B2B sales
• Experience within education, EdTech, SaaS or a similar environment
• A proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers
• Experience growing existing accounts alongside developing new business
• Previous experience managing a national customer base and travelling across the UK would be a strong advantage
• A consultative and relationship-focused approach
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities
• Someone proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple accounts and opportunities
• Flexibility to travel regularly as part of the role
