National Account Manager£45-£50k plus company bonusLocation: CoventryENB are working with a well know work place uniform provider who are looking for an experienced and proactive National Account Manager to join a growing team and play a key role in developing long term client relationships.In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to your own portfolio of clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to support growth and strengthen partnerships. You will work closely with teams across the business to ensure clients receive outstanding service, innovative solutions, and measurable results.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership and making a genuine impact within a values driven business.Day to day you will:Be proactive with communicating with active growing accounts across your client portfolioBuild strong, long term relationships with key client stakeholdersResolve high impact or escalated client issues with urgency, professionalism, and empathyWork collaboratively with Design, Supply Chain and Operations teams to deliver excellent client outcomesIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross selling and referrals within existing accountsLead structured client review meetings and provide valuable performance insightsMonitor account performance, market trends, and client developments to support future growthContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing ..... full job details .....
