National Account Assistant Manager - Aveda and bumble and bumble. The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support building and executing brand strategies across various channels, ensuring the achievement of wholesale and net sales targets. This role supports the Commercial Director and National Account Manager in helping to implement brand strategies, manage key accounts, and drive sales performance.Responsibilities
Provide operational and administrative support to the National Accounts team, ensuring smooth communication with retailers.Manage allocation of new product launch pipeline, GWP, sets, and other sales building blocks to support the brands’ and retailers’ growth ambitions.Support the management of retailer accounts, ensuring that wholesale targets are consistently met.Lead Christmas and holiday campaigns from a commercial perspective to provide insights and recommendations, manage allocation, and provide report and analysis of the campaign.Monitor product availability and communicate with retailers regarding stock levels, new product launches, and other relevant updates.Assist with tracking and updating new line forms (NLF), ensuring timely submission and execution.Oversee and manage wholesale and retail budgets, ensuring proper tracking and exposure.Provide insights and recommendations in collaboration with the Demand Planning team on launch sizing and forecast of hero and trending products.Assist in managing excess stock, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimise inventory.Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights to help influence future strategic direction.Work with retailer.com teams to ensure brand product rooms are up-to-date.Provide data for presentations and assist with brand review meetings.Coordinate with Marketing, Education, Communications, Visual Merchandising, and Sales teams to ensure effective execution of strategies.Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailer contacts.Regularly liaise with cross-functional teams, including the Kites team, to provide feedback and updates.Coordinate and support retailer and team communications, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on key events and product launches.If required, manage assigned retailers, develop account plans, negotiate, and execute to deliver growth and commercial KPIs on Retail, Net Sales, NOP.Qualifications
Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and internal teams.Experience working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP and other relevant software.Commercial awareness and experience working with data to drive sales performance.Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to influence commercial decisions.Experience in retail, sales operations, or a similar field.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions to achieve business objectives.Seniority level
