This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator to work with high-quality flexographic printing equipment, producing printed materials on substrates such as self-adhesive paper and film.About the role as a Flexographic Printer:As a Flexographic Printer, you will operate and maintain flexographic printing presses while ensuring high standards of print quality and production efficiency.Key Responsibilities of a Flexographic Printer: Set up and operate flexographic printing pressesMount printing plates and cylinders accuratelyPrepare and mix inks to required colour specificationsAdjust machine settings including speed, pressure and alignmentMonitor print runs for colour accuracy, registration and consistencyInspect printed materials and maintain quality standardsTroubleshoot printing or mechanical issues during productionCarry out routine machine maintenance and cleaningMaintain production records and job documentationFollow all health and safety proceduresSkills and Experience for a Flexographic ..... full job details .....
