We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our maintenance team. The role involves carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across residential properties and communal areas. The ideal candidate will be versatile, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of trades.Responsibilities

Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframesCarry out general repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and decoratingDiagnose faults and take appropriate remedial actionWork independently and as part of a team to deliver maintenance services across multiple sitesMaintain accurate records of work completed and materials usedAdhere to health and safety regulations at all timesProvide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and staffRequirements

Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role within maintenanceStrong skills across a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and decoratingAbility to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficientlyFull UK driving licence (preferred)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsPositive, proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering quality workBenefits
