You will be based in Plymouth and covering the local area. This is a permanent role and offers a £34,000 salary van and fuel card. This position will start temp for 13 weeks through us as an agency then go permanent on the books. Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:Responsive maintenance work in MOD propertiesCompleting a variety of works in various tradesTiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, some external works etcDriving the company van responsibly and safelyLogging your progress daily on a tablet/phone Multiskilled Operative Requirements:Good multi-trade experienceGood attitudeHonest and reliableIdeally social housing/ MOD experience The successful candidate will have to do a DBS check and a BPSS security check.
