You will be based in Plymouth and covering the local area.   This is a permanent role and offers a £34,000 salary van and fuel card.   This position will start temp for 13 weeks through us as an agency then go permanent on the books.    Multiskilled Operative Day to Day: Responsive maintenance work in MOD properties Completing a variety of works in various trades Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, some external works etc Driving the company van responsibly and safely Logging your progress daily on a tablet/phone   Multiskilled Operative Requirements: Good multi-trade experience Good attitude Honest and reliable Ideally social housing/ MOD experience   The successful candidate will have to do a DBS check and a BPSS security check.
