This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive Performing Arts department and inspire students through music education. The successful candidate will help develop students'' musical knowledge, performance skills, and confidence while fostering a lifelong appreciation for music. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inspiring Music lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable) Plan and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum Teach a broad range of musical styles, genres, and techniques Support students in developing performance, composition, and listening skills Prepare students for assessments and examinations where appropriate Organise and support extracurricular music activities, performances, and events Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management Contribute positively to the wider school community The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has experience teaching Music within a ..... full job details .....
