About the Role:
A vibrant secondary school in central Milton Keynes is seeking a passionate Music Teacher to inspire pupils across KS3 and KS4. The role involves delivering engaging classroom lessons, leading ensembles, and encouraging creativity in performance and composition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Music lessons for KS3 and KS4
- Prepare students for GCSE music and performance assessments
- Organise and lead extracurricular music clubs and concerts
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
Requirements:
- QTS with a specialism in Music or equivalent experience
- Strong subject knowledge in music theory, performance, and composition
- Ability to inspire pupils and foster a love of music
