Your Responsibilities:
Teach dynamic and engaging music lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4
Lead extracurricular groups such as choirs, bands, and ensembles
Encourage students to explore different instruments, music technology, and styles
Prepare students for assessments, performances, and exams
Track and support student progress across varying ability levels
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music into school life and events
Maintain regular communication with parents and carers regarding student development
What We''re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Desirable, not essential)
Previous experience teaching music in a secondary school
Proficiency in at least one instrument or strong vocal skills
A genuine passion for music and an ability to inspire students
Excellent classroom management and communication abilities
A team player who thrives in a supportive, creative environment
£200 - £250/day
