Role details

Music Teacher - KS3 / KS4 / KS5

Salary: £140 - £225 per day, depending on experience and assignment length

Start: September 2025

Location: North Somerset

About the Role

Teach all year groups, from year 7 through to year 13

Deliver engaging lessons that cover performance, composition, and music appreciation

Prepare students for practical and written assessments

Encourage students to explore a range of musical styles, instruments, and technologies

Contribute to the school''s wider music life, including concerts, clubs, and enrichment activities

What You''ll Bring

UK QTS/QTLS or equivalent with a specialism in Music or a related field

Experience teaching music at secondary level

Strong practical musicianship and the ability to lead ensembles or performances

A creative, inclusive teaching approach that encourages student participation

Excellent classroom management and communication skills
