This is a permanent position with an ASAP February start, offering an excellent opportunity for an ECT to begin or continue their teaching career in a nurturing and forward-thinking environment.The successful candidate will deliver engaging Music lessons across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students to develop their musical skills, creativity, and appreciation of the subject. Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Music across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculumAssess, monitor, and track student progress effectivelyCreate a positive and inclusive classroom environmentContribute to extracurricular music activities (choirs, ensembles, performances)Work collaboratively within the Music department and wider school community The Ideal CandidateA qualified teacher (or trainee teacher) with QTS or pending QTSAn ECT or newly qualified teacher of MusicStrong subject knowledge and a passion for Music educationExcellent classroom management and communication skillsA commitment to professional development and reflective practiceAbility to inspire and motivate ..... full job details .....
