About our client school: An exciting new opportunity has opened in a secondary school located in Ickneild, Luton working exclusively with a Trust who are looking for a passionate Music Teacher.Our client school are also keen to hear from Early Career Teachers who are seeking to forge their career within Secondary Education.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that are in line with the national curriculum and cater to the needs of all students.Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to facilitate active learning and promote student engagement.Assess student progress and provide support with the students individual and group learning.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the curriculum.Participate in school events, and extracurricular activities as required.Qualifications and Experience:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification/experience is desirable but not essential.Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.Previous experience teaching at a secondary level is desirable but not essential.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.Why work with CER?:Competitive daily rate aligned to your experience and qualifications.Supportive and collaborative working environment.A dedicated Specialist Consultant.DBS paid for by CER ..... full job details .....
