Music Teacher

Aspire People are working on behalf of a well-established secondary school in Northampton to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Music Teacher to join their team.

The school is seeking a teacher who can inspire students through engaging and creative Music lessons, while supporting their academic and personal development.

The Role
* Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
* Assess and monitor student progress
* Encourage students to develop their musical knowledge, creativity and practical skills
* Contribute positively to the wider school community
* Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Music Department

The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Music within a UK secondary school
* Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
* Passionate about inspiring young people through Music
* Reliable, professional and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
* Opportunity to work within a supportive secondary school environment
