Music Catalogue and Royalties Manager We are looking for an experienced Music Catalogue and Royalties Manager to join a growing investment business focused on music catalogues and royalty-backed assets. This is a highly specialist role sitting at the intersection of music rights, royalties, finance, operations, and investment. You will play a key role in ensuring that music catalogues can be confidently assessed before investment and that, once acquired or funded, the underlying royalty income is collected accurately, efficiently, and consistently. You will become a key operational link between legal, investment, finance, and operational teams, helping to turn complex global royalty ecosystems into reliable and auditable cash flows. Pre-Deal Diligence and Rights Mapping Analyse music catalogues to determine the rights and income streams that can be securely lent against or acquired, including publishing, neighbouring rights and master rights. Map the complete rights and royalty value chain, identifying writers, publishers, administrators, labels, managers, estates and other third-party claim holders. Establish ownership percentages, territorial splits, mandates and control across relevant rights. Navigate global collection societies, PROs, mechanical rights organisations and neighbouring-rights societies.
