Music Assistant - SEMH Secondary - Tower Hamlets (Bow) £100-£115 per day Full-time Long-term ASAP StartWorking with a secondary SEMH school in Bow looking for a strong Music TA to support students with behavioural needs through creative engagement.This isn''t a sit-back role - you need to be confident, proactive, and able to use music as a tool to build relationships and regulate behaviour.The role: - Support music lessons and practical sessions - Work 1:1 and in small groups with SEMH students - Help manage behaviour and keep students engaged - Use music (production, instruments, rhythm etc.) to support learning and emotional regulationMust have: - Experience working in SEMH, PRU, or behavioural settings - Strong interest or background in music (formal or informal) - Confident managing challenging behaviour - Able to build rapport quickly and stay calm under pressureIdeal: - Experience with music production / instruments - Team Teach or similar trainingIf this is the right role for you, apply now or contact Aaron Deacon at ..... full job details .....
