Music and Culture Manager
If you have spent years in the creative industries building capital and are looking for somewhere to bring that expertise to bear, this is a route into the NGO world that does not ask you to leave your sector behind. This role is for someone working anywhere across the creative industries - music, film, art, gaming, sport, literature - who wants to put their skills and connections to work for the planet, and to develop a specialism at the intersection of culture and environmental advocacy. The legal work is at the centre of what ClientEarth does. The cultural work builds the understanding, the pressure and the relationships that help it land. This role sits in that space. There is real ownership here: your own projects, your own relationships, your own contributions. The work will regularly take you to events, evenings, industry forums and there is a generous time off in lieu policy to reflect that. Office attendance in our London office is 20% of the month. Full time preferred but we may consider 4 days a week, with salary adjusted on a pro rata basis.
