Collaborate with trading and risk management teams to understand their needs and enhance system capabilities. Manage and support Markit Wire functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with Murex. Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to optimize functionality. Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements. Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles for user reference. Participate in training sessions for end-users to enhance system utilization. Work closely with IT and development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Proven experience in Murex support or a similar role within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of trading processes and risk management. Familiarity with Markit Wire is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
