This role involves carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works to occupied and void properties across the borough of Bury. A company vehicle will be provided, with ongoing work available. Overview: You will join a responsive repairs team, undertaking a range of joinery repairs and maintenance works across a varied housing portfolio. The role will also involve carrying out secondary trade duties, diagnosing repair issues and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while providing excellent customer service to tenants.
