The role involves carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across residential properties, helping to ensure homes are safe, comfortable and well maintained. Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance works to a high standard. Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
