Think Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to carry out refurbishment and maintenance works for a contractor who deliver maintenance works to Social Housing properties across the Midlands.

Details:

• Contract: Permanent PAYE
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: -34,000 P/A
• Benefits: Company Van, Fuel Card, Holiday Allowance and Pension

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• Experience working on Social Housing refurbishment projects previously
• Skilled in Carpentry, Plumbing, Patch Plastering, Painting and general building maintenance.
• Full UK Driving License
