Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm for the right candidate
Shift Pattern:

• Sunday: 14:00 - 00:00

• Monday to Thursday: 17:00 - 03:00

Salary: -13.68ph

With a rapidly growing team and a busy warehouse operation across both ambient and freezer environments, they are seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join their operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using scanners or manual pick sheets

• Safely load and unload vehicles, including supplier deliveries and customer orders

• Pick and pack direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders for next-day delivery (weights 1kg-60kg)

• Assist with stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar systems

• Build pallets to customer specifications and delivery deadlines

• Report any stock discrepancies, breakages, or damages to management

• Work to high health & safety standards at all times, including freezer PPE use (-17-C environment)

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment (essential)

• Strong IT, numeracy, and literacy skills

• Physically fit - able to lift up to 15kg repeatedly and manoeuvre pallets up to 600kg with manual handling equipment

• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Own transport and full UK driving licence (site not accessible by public transport)

• Positive work ethic with good attendance record

Desirable:

• Experience in food manufacturing or cold storage environments

• Previous use of SAP or similar warehouse management systems

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced and physically demanding environment

• Freezer work in temperatures down to -17-C (all protective clothing provided)

• Long shifts requiring focus and self-motivation
