Multi-Skilled Vehicle Technician

Location: Oxford

Salary: £23.00-£26.00 per hour

Hours: Full-Time | 42.5 Hours per Week

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join a well established, manufacturer approved accident repair centre in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern Bodyshop, using the latest repair techniques and technology while being part of an experienced and supportive team.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled ART Technician, you will carry out a variety of repair tasks, ensuring vehicles are restored to manufacturer standards and returned to customers in excellent condition.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out light strip and fit of exterior vehicle components.
• Completing high-quality panel repairs.
• Preparing and painting vehicle panels.
• Repairing aluminium alloy wheels.
• Undertaking vehicle detailing where required.
• Ensuring all repairs are completed to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintaining exceptional quality standards with a strong attention to detail.
• Working efficiently as part of a collaborative Bodyshop team.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician, Panel Beater, Paint Technician, MET Technician, SMART Repair Technician, or similar.
• A background in MET, Panel, Paint or SMART Repair within the vehicle body repair industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
• A conscientious, motivated team player with a willingness to learn new techniques.
• Passion for working with the latest repair methods and technology.
• ATA accreditation or NVQ qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
