Working alongside another Shift Engineer, you''ll be responsible for keeping production equipment running through a combination of planned maintenance, breakdown response, fault finding and continuous improvement activities. This is a hands-on role where you''ll have the opportunity to diagnose complex faults, deliver permanent engineering solutions, and make a real impact on site performance. While we''re ideally looking for someone with strong mechanical skills, you''ll also be comfortable supporting electrical fault finding and repairs when required. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial, but attitude, problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn are just as important.
