An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in a Healthcare environment on a static basis in Bournemouth. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Healthcare building in Bournemouth on a 6 month fix term contract. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical and Mechanical building maintenance.-

Key Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast''s, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

Hours of work - ( 40 hour week )

• Saturday and Sundays 8am - 4pm
• 3 weekday evenings ( flexible ) hours 3pm- 10pm

Requirements

• Electrically or mechanically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3
• City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically bias
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skill
• Honest, hard-working and reliable
