This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, thrives in a dynamic workshop environment, and has experience across both panel and paint work.Key Responsibilities of a Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer / Smart Repairer: Carry out high-quality paint refinishing and minor panel repairs on vehicles of various makes and modelsPrepare vehicles for painting, including filler work, masking, priming and sandingMix and apply water-based and solvent-based paint systemsPerform full re-sprays, blend-ins, and SMART repairsEnsure a flawless final finish through detailed inspectionsMaintain a clean, organised and safe working environmentAdhere to all health and safety regulations Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer / Smart Repairer: Proven experience in a Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer / Smart Repairer or Paint Sprayer roleStrong knowledge of body repair techniques and modern paint processesExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standardsAbility ..... full job details .....
