Multiskilled Production Operative - NightsGap personnel is recruiting multi-skilled production operatives for a busy factory based in Chessington KT9, in this role you will help keep the production line running smoothly and makes sure products are packed and ready to go to customers.Hours: 7:00pm 7:00amShifts: 4on, 4offPay: £13.56ph, Overtime £20.34phType: Temp to perm opportunties for the right candidate.Increase pay through dedicated training and learning (earn up to £15.80-£23.71ph)Location and Travel: Excellent bus routes from Kingston, Surbiton, and TolworthBus stop is just a 1-minute walk from the siteAround minutes by train from London Waterloo to Tolworth or Chessington North.Free on-site parking Duties: Getting machines ready for use (cleaning, basic checks, and starting them up)Adjusting simple machine settings, like speed, when neededFeeding materials or parts into machinesPacking products into trays or bags based on instructionsPreparing finished products so they are ready for deliveryMaking sure all products and packaging are labelled correctlyAdding cardboard sleeves to packaged itemsChecking that goods being loaded or unloaded match the paperworkKeeping your work area clean, tidy, and safeUsing manual handling equipment safely to move items Requirements: Can comfortably commute to site.Good communication skills.Able to read, write, and speak English.Willing to learn new skills.Works well as part of a team.No Shellfish allergies.
