We''re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to work across occupied social housing properties in North Birmingham. This is an ongoing contract offering consistent work and the opportunity to join a busy maintenance team.
The Role
You''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering work while providing a professional service to residents in occupied homes.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Patch plastering, skimming and rendering
• Carrying out general plastering repairs and making good
• Completing minor multi-trade works where required
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Providing excellent customer service on every job

What You''ll Need

• NVQ or City & Guilds in Plastering (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in social housing, domestic maintenance or property repairs
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience with basic secondary trades is an advantage
• A reliable, professional approach with good customer service skills
