This is a mobile position involving painting, decorating and associated maintenance work across occupied homes, empty properties and communal areas. Candidates must be comfortable communicating with residents and delivering a professional, high-quality service while working safely and respectfully in residential environments. Working pattern The role operates on a fixed working pattern: Four weekdays from 11:30am to 8:00pm Every Saturday from 8:30am to 4:00pm Sunday and one weekday off each week The working pattern is fixed. Applicants must therefore be able to work the late weekday shifts and every Saturday on a permanent basis.
