Multiskilled Operative

Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to work with our client based in the Hull area on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Overview: The role holder will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs to empty properties, with a primary focus on joinery, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and within target timescales. Main Duties: Carrying out a range of repairs to void properties, primarily joinery works Completing multi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks as required Ensuring all works are completed within target timescales Maintaining high standards of workmanship and following health and safety procedures Representing the organisation in a professional and courteous manner Essential Criteria: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery Previous experience in a Multi Skilled Operative role Experienced in carrying out repairs within void properties Own tools Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport If your skills match the above criteria, please apply with your up-to-date CV. ..... full job details .....
