This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and minimising production downtime through proactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and equipment optimisation.Key Responsibilities and ExperienceEquipment Maintenance and RepairOperate, maintain, diagnose faults, and repair all engineering department equipment.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilitiesUnderstanding of electrical/engineering drawings and technical documentationUnderstanding of preventive maintenance principles and practicesFamiliarity with cold end work areas and equipment including inspection, bottle transportation, and packaging systems.Identify, diagnose, and rectify mechanical and electrical faults and breakdowns within the engineering department.Modify and adjust for set up, inspection, and packaging equipment to maintain efficient operations and minimise downtime.Conduct routine preventive maintenance as scheduled and record all activities using SAP system.Respond promptly to equipment failures to ensure minimal production impact.Provide technical support during job changes to minimise changeover downtime.Collaborate with production teams to optimise equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.This position requires a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all aspects of ..... full job details .....
