This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing manufacturing business in Bridgwater, offering a Monday-to-Friday double-day shift, no nights and an early finish every Friday. The business is continuing to invest across its manufacturing operation, with a strong programme of equipment upgrades and engineering projects planned over the next couple of years. You''ll join an experienced engineering team in a varied role covering electrical and mechanical maintenance, automation, installations, improvements and project work. The Role Reactive and planned maintenance across a busy manufacturing environment. Electrical and mechanical fault finding across production and automated equipment. Fault finding within electrical control panels across single and three-phase systems. Working with motors, drives, servos, contactors, relays, sensors and machine safety systems. Basic PLC fault finding and diagnostics, including I/O checks and identifying machine faults. Mechanical maintenance including bearings, gearboxes, shafts, drive systems, pneumatics and hydraulics.
