As a Multiskilled Engineer, this is what you''ll be doing:You''ll be part of a well-established engineering team, working a days and nights rotation across a 4-day working week-supporting a fast-paced production environment with a range of specialist machinery.Tasks will include:Maintaining and repairing equipment in line with schedules and specifications to maximise reliability and minimise downtime, including testing, fault finding and repairs.Identifying recurring equipment issues and implementing long-term fixes through root cause analysis.Ensuring all tools and repair equipment are maintained and fit for purpose.Supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. The experience you will bring to the team:Ideally qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or HNC equivalent.A time-served, apprentice-trained Multiskilled Engineer is essential.
