Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

4 on 4 off (days and nights) Company Overview Our client is a well-established food manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality, food safety and operational excellence. They are now looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join the Engineering team and provide frontline maintenance support across the manufacturing site. Role Overview This is a hands-on engineering position providing both reactive and planned maintenance support within a fast-moving food manufacturing environment. Working closely with Operations and the wider Engineering team, you will play a key role in keeping production equipment safe, reliable and compliant with food safety and GMP standards. The role will involve responding to breakdowns, carrying out planned maintenance, improving the site''s PPM programme and supporting continuous improvement projects. You will also provide engineering support to Operations and assist with contractors, apprentices and engineering stock control. This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and working as part of a collaborative engineering team.
