Contract Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Outside IR35 £45.00 P/hr Loughborough Mainly 14:00-22:00 but occasionally 06:00 - 14:00 SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an established manufacturing business based in Loughborough. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a busy production environment, providing both reactive and planned maintenance support across a range of automated manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will be electrically and mechanically competent, with strong fault-finding abilities and experience working on automated production lines, robotics and packaging machinery. The role will predominantly involve working afternoon shifts (14:00-22:00), although flexibility to rotate onto mornings (06:00-14:00) will be required depending on business needs. The Role - Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of manufacturing and production equipment. - Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and control system faults to minimise production downtime. - Maintain and troubleshoot automated production lines, robotic systems and packaging machinery. - Provide hands-on engineering support to production teams, responding quickly to breakdowns and operational issues. - Support machinery installations, modifications and engineering improvement projects. - Identify recurring equipment faults and implement improvements to increase ..... full job details .....
