Electrically Biased Shift Engineer - Ripley3 Shift Pattern 40 Hours Per WeekTotal Package: £53,482 including Shift PremiumWe are recruiting for an Electrically Biased Shift Engineer to join a complex and highly automated manufacturing environment in Ripley. The site operates a wide range of specialist production processes and is continuing to invest in engineering reliability,plant performance and continuous improvement. The engineering function is focused on moving from a reactive maintenance culture towards a proactive and preventative approach,helping improve equipment reliability,reduce downtime and support long-term operational targets. Working as part of a shift engineering team,you will provide electrical and multi-skilled support across manufacturing equipment and site services,ensuring plant performance,safety and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Ensure all machinery and systems are operated and maintained safely in line with site procedures and standards Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities across production equipment and site services Diagnose and fault-find electrical issues to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability Support continuous improvement initiatives and help engineer out repeat failures Assist with equipment upgrades,modifications and improvement projects Support root cause investigations and implement corrective actions Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve plant ..... full job details .....
