Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) - CNC Machines Location: Coventry Salary: £45,000-£50,000 + Overtime + Call-Out Bonus + Benefits Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday Days Flexible Working Arrangements Available An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established and growing engineering manufacturer based in Coventry. Operating within a specialist heavy manufacturing environment, our client supplies engineered products into a variety of industrial sectors and continues to invest heavily in UK operations and production capability. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting a broad range of machinery and equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will join a close-knit engineering team and take ownership of both planned and reactive maintenance activities across the site. The Role This role is heavily focused on maintaining production equipment, with approximately 90% machinery maintenance and 10% facilities support. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime and supporting production through proactive and reactive maintenance activities. This position would suit someone with a strong electrical background and previous experience working with CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment.
