Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Nights Lancashire £53,300 CV Technical are working with a well-established food manufacturing business that is looking to add an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to its engineering team. This is a hands-on maintenance role within a busy production environment, where you''ll be responsible for keeping the site''s machinery and equipment running reliably throughout the night shift. The Role Working as part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across the production facility. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Responding to breakdowns and carrying out fault finding Mechanical and electrical maintenance of production machinery Diagnosing faults quickly to minimise production downtime Working on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, pneumatics and other production equipment Electrical fault finding, sensors, controls and basic PLC diagnostics Supporting engineering improvement projects Identifying recurring faults and improving machine reliability Completing maintenance records and reporting any issues Working closely with the production team to keep the plant running efficiently Maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety at all times The Person We''re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
