Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician – Chesterfield

Salary: Up to £43,000
Hours: Monday to Friday

We're recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a prestigious static commercial contract in Chesterfield.

The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, with approximately 90% planned maintenance and 10% reactive work.

The Role

• Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding and electrical repairs
• Emergency lighting testing
• Fire alarm checks
• Water temperature monitoring and tap flushing
• General mechanical and building services maintenance
• Supporting HVAC/AHU maintenance
• Issuing permits to work for subcontractors
• Working alongside a small, experienced engineering team

You'll be joining a long-term static contract offering excellent job stability, varied maintenance work and career progression.
