Day-to-day of the role: Travel between properties to perform repairs and installations, including doors, windows, kitchen units, and more. Receive and manage a schedule of jobs via PDA or mobile device. Perform additional tasks across multiple trades such as basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating to avoid multiple visits.
