Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Raunds (NN9)Tech-People are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer for a static commercial site at Howdens in Raunds.Raunds, NN9 Start: 28/09/2026 26.29 per hour Umbrella PAYE / 20.19 per hour PAYE 45 hours per week 8:00am-5:00pm Static commercial siteThe role will involve carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance across the site, ensuring work is completed safely and within required SLA timescales.ResponsibilitiesCarry out PPM and reactive maintenanceElectrical maintenance and fault findingGeneral MandE and fabric maintenanceRespond to breakdowns and maintenance requestsIdentify and report defects and potential issuesComplete maintenance records and paperworkWork to statutory compliance and health and safety requirementsEnsure jobs are completed within agreed SLA timescalesRequirementsRecognised electrical qualification is essentialGood all-round MandE / fabric maintenance experiencePrevious commercial building maintenance experienceGood fault-finding and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently in a static environmentStrong Health and Safety awarenessMust be able to work via Umbrella PAYE - no CIS/Ltd Company payments.
