We''re recruiting for a Multiskilled Engineer to join a large, well-invested food manufacturing site in Lincolnshire. This is a business that continues to invest heavily in its people, equipment and facilities, offering engineers the opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced environment where engineering is genuinely valued.

You''ll be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of production and packaging equipment, ensuring the site continues to operate efficiently and safely.

This is a hands-on role where you''ll spend your time fault-finding, carrying out planned maintenance, responding to breakdowns and driving improvements that reduce downtime and improve reliability.

No two shifts are ever quite the same. Machinery has a remarkable ability to wait until the worst possible moment before deciding it no longer wishes to cooperate.

• Reactive and planned maintenance across manufacturing equipment
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Supporting continuous improvement projects
• Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
• Root cause analysis and preventative maintenance activities
• Maintaining high standards of safety and engineering compliance

• Time-served engineer or relevant engineering qualifications
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food, packaging or similar environments
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• A proactive mindset and desire to improve equipment performance
