This is a hands-on maintenance role where you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery.Location: Wellingborough Shift: Monday - Friday rotating shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 / 08:00 - 16:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (no nights) Salary: 42,000 - 47,000 per annum Contract: PermanentDuties:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across production machineryRespond to breakdowns and minimise production downtimeDiagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faultsWork across production machinery including mills, bailers, mixers, hoppers, and robotsCarry out root cause analysis and corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement and machinery reliability improvementsUse workshop equipment including drills, saws, grinders, and welding equipmentSupport the installation and commissioning of new equipmentThe ideal candidate must:Be apprentice trained with an NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent engineering qualificationHold a current 18th Edition qualificationHave proven multi-skilled maintenance ..... full job details .....
