This is a varied, hands-on role where you''ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, while also supporting a site relocation project. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance. Complete basic electrical work, including changing lighting and isolating/disconnecting distribution boards. Undertake general building fabric repairs and handyman duties. Support the site relocation, including move preparation. Build power benches, install shelving and assist with site set-up. Manage and liaise with contractors working on site.
