The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks within a Commercial Office Building.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.This position would be ideal for a HVAC Engineer or Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Mechanical and HVAC maintenance.
