Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
4 on 4 off shift patterns 06:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 06:00 -23.98 per hour -50,188.32
Averaging 40 hours a week (overtime available) 23.5 days holiday + holiday purchase scheme + health benefits + pension
- Multi-skilled engineer with a recognised apprenticeship/qualification - NVQ Level 3 Electrical / Mechanical
- Manufacturing experience with knowledge of applicable machinery such as metal detectors, flow wrappers, and PLC systems.
- Logical thought process and strong communication skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High standards of work, with a focus on delivering lasting solutions.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of CMMS systems.
- Understanding of food safety and health and safety standards.
The role as below;
- Execute all planned maintenance to specified standards and within allocated timeframes.
- Complete additional engineering task, adhere to company policies and safety standards.
- Ensure products meet Confectionery Quality Standards by maintaining and improving machine performance.
- Collaborative working relationships with department heads and cross-functional teams.
- Deliver objectives including personal development and training compliance (>95%).
- Complete all work with a focus on health and safety, food safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Support project teams and contribute to audits by ensuring an "audit-ready" state at all times.
- Record and analyse data to improve performance
Requirements (minimum)

Desirable
* HNC/HND qualification or equivalent.
* HACCP and IOSH certification.
* 17th/18th Edition Electrical Qualification.
