As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining plant, equipment, and building services across our client\''s sites.About the Role:As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for:Identifying and managing risks associated with equipment on site, including updating drawings, identifying critical spares, and improving maintenance programsUsing new equipment and technologies to maintain a working production environment and liaising with clients on maintenance requestsFault finding on a range of machinery, including heavy industrial machines and overhead cranesProviding electrical and mechanical expertise to the maintenance departmentWriting and following risk assessments and ensuring safe and accurate completion of tasksWorking on three-phase systems with voltages up to 440V and completing tasks on motors, gearboxes, valves, and other equipmentUsing mobile devices to accurately project and complete tasks from the CAFM maintenance systemLiaising with onsite site services to manage building services-related issuesDeputizing for the Shift Leader during annual leave or sicknessWorking overtime, including nights and weekends, as requiredPerforming ad-hoc duties as neededRequirements:Recognized or time-served apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineeringStrong proven experience in manufacturing maintenanceElectrical competences/qualifications to a minimum of City and Guilds 236 Pt 1-2 Electrical qualifications to 17th EditionMechanical competences/qualifications to an acceptable standard to City and Guild\''s MechanicalGood multi-skilled abilityExperience working on 3-phase motors, drives, and invertersHydraulic/Pneumatic experienceAbility to fault find and diagnose PLC systemsNVQ qualifications to Level 2, Electrical and MechanicalAbility to supervise contractors and write risk and method statementsAbility to understand and write permitsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work with a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate managementCollaborative and dynamic work environmentProfessional development and growth opportunitiesIf you\''re a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled EngineerCBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US ..... full job details .....
